My only regret is that I didn't bring Evans Property Management into my life sooner. I have two buildings with 14 units plus a house and bungalow that we rent out. Contracted with Evans about four years ago and suddenly everything is easy -- from getting reliable tenants to redoing units. Most amazing and most understanding staff and property management. Theyre great at communicating with you and like i said super understanding. I am currently renting from another property management and I can honestly say I really dislike how they work so i will be going back to Evans and see if we can get qualified again. Theyre also good with getting repairs done when needed.

I've rented from EPM for years and never had an issue. They are friendly and efficient and quick to assist whenever issues arise. Everyone in the office is friendly and easy to work with. I always look at their listings first when considering moving to a new place.

I am the owner of a rental Evans manages for me. If you are the renter who complained about having the carpet re-cleaned, blame your professional carpet cleaner, not Dona. The carpet was sticky, and I asked for it to be re-cleaned. I know from experience that the carpet will ATTRACT dirt and spots if shampoo is left in and that is what happened at the house you rented. Also, I would call significant damage to walls, torn drapes, broken blinds, burned out light bulbs, and ...bushes that were dead due to lack of water definite reasons for charges against your security deposit. At least one bush had been removed Renters who take care of property receive all of their security deposit back. Dona has been a good manager and we appreciate getting repairs taken care of promptly for our tenants and her ability to get new tenants in a timely manner. Thank you Evans Property Management. Friendly, ethical and they know the (ever-changing) Rental Laws and Regulations. Easy to talk to and fair. They've been managing my family's properties for decades and there's no reason for us to look anywhere else. Sometimes they get less-than-stellar reviews from renters, but a lot of times renters don't understand that landlords get to set a lot of the ground rules, including background checks and other qualifications. That's not Evans' fault. But in my experience, they're ethical, trustworthy, and take the headache out of being a rental property owner. I would recommend them without hesitation - and do as often as I can. No brainer
