As of midnight, tonight, the burn ban will be lifted. Residents of Brooktrails, Spring Creek and Sylvandale will be required to obatain burn permits before burning. These permits can be obtained at the Brooktrails Fire Department, or online with CAL FIRE or Mendocino County Air Quality. Regardless of the permitting agency, they will expire on June 1st.... Please exercise caution while burning!
