Complementary flavors: People ask us all the time what our favorite dish is on the menu as we seat them at their table. Hands down it’s our Gaucho Steak. Aspen Ridge Ranch natural beef marinated steak with smashed fingerling potatoes tossed in aioli, grilled rapini and finished with our Chimichurri sauce. If you have an addictive personality we warn you, try this steak once and we know you’ll be back often to have it again.
