Anyone entering the community must comply with our health and screening process, follow visitor protocols and may be restricted to or from certain areas of the community. Healthcare workers, such as home health or hospice workers, EMS personnel lab, x-ray or dialysis technicians or similar healthcare workers providing care to residents are permitted to enter the community as long as they meet the applicable screening criteria.
