As our commercial team continues working on projects to meet deadlines Our residential team as well as our retail, hardware, glass store also understands It is more important now than ever to make sure your windows and doors are working properly....... We will remain working during this difficult and unforeseen time While our crews will remain working. We are taking the recommendations from the CDC very seriously. We are running a skeleton crew in our corporate office with all of us working together to continue to meet everyone's needs. We are practicing "social distancing" by remaining the 6-10' apart. We are not allowing visitors, drivers, or outside installers in the office. We are all regularly washing our hands as one of the most important preventive measures we can take to keep each other safe. Our installers carry hand sanitize wipes. Prior to entering anyone's home they are double checking everyone in their homes is well and free of any symptoms. We are requiring our employees to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been around anyone with symptoms. We are prepared to make real-time decisions for the well-being of everyone. Our management team is closely monitoring the situation and will take whatever steps may be necessary to ensure we are doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe

Gale - is our 1st line of defense when the calls come in, she supports our residential and commercial departments as well as the retail stores. Gale also schedules all of our residential crews and follows up on quality when a job is complete!!
