SURROUNDED BY THE BEST We are blessed to have leaders who push us to strive for more. This year TMG thanksgiving family potluck was at @thealbertpreciado & @sylpreciado residence in Beverly Hills. Normally our teenager @elig024 doesn’t like coming with us to any company event but I knew that if we wanted to have him start thinking bigger now, we had to expose him to a bigger lifestyle than he’s used to. This is the first time he takes a picture with a Ferrari and I promise...d him that I would get one too. He looked at me and smiled of confusion and happiness at the same time. Maybe he can borrow it to Prom I have made a decision to stop making excuses and to put my family in a better position than we already are. I will do that by helping MORE people. This year I said I would help 100 families, already helped 4 (will be sharing stories soon) and already started helping a few more. 2021 I’M COMING FOR YOU This year I joined TMG with @thealbertpreciado & @sylpreciado after attending their 2019 Christmas Party and seeing the environment they create for their team. Quickly I started learning a lot from them and 100% commission doesn’t hurt either . One of the things Albert always says is People lie Results don’t, so that was one of my biggest focuses, for my results to match my potential. I signed up to EVERY @drivenevent so I can figure out what w...ould work for me and my business, if you haven’t gone to one you need to sign up . . Then I started learning from my next mentor @thewillyescobar and attended his EMA Event & Mastermind. Willy dug deep and continues to hold me accountable. One of the things that he tells me is that I’m really good at building relationships and talking to people, that i need to start doing videos so people can get to know me. Well what Willy doesn’t know is that I would start to do a video then overthink it and never post it . Then would look bad when Willy would ask me why I wasn’t posting anything. Well if I want my 2021 to be better than my 2020 I had to commit. So I decided to hire a company to help me first tell MY STORY, which includes my upbringing, my experience and my family. @traaayyz doesn’t do videos but her being my #1 supporter did an interview for this one. I can’t wait for all of you to see a day in my life from waking up really early to how I spend the time with my family and why you want to do business with ME! Thank you Willy for pushing me . . And lastly my 3rd mentor @eliandmike Eli el vampiro he looks 18 but really has 18+ years of experience, my boy doesn’t age! He is my team leader on lending. He is a phone call away so if I ever get stuck with one of those hard/tricky deals that no one can make happen, we can put our heads together to help that client and trust me, we have! . . TMG & AMBIANCE CHRISTMAS PARTY Second year I attend the Christmas party but first year as part of the company. One thing I would say is that this 1st year I have spent with them has gone fast, I’ve learned a lot but most of all I am excited to be in a room full of Leaders! When Covid hit, we didn’t go into hiding like most of the industry, we pulled up our sleeves and doubled down. To hear that the company made more money this year than years before, to hear that the people that work in the company also did- it motivates you even more. HANDING KEYS Congratulations to our happy buyers! They just got keys to their first home This couple had the same concerns most first time buyers have... they have great income but needed help getting their credit up to purchase. I met them in the beginning of the year and right away started helping them get LENDING ready to purchase. In a few months they were ready to get pre-qualified and started looking with a realtor I referred them to since I was helping them with t...he loan.
