BFEF welcomes these anglers who caught these beauties, got them verified at Ken's Sporting Goods, collected their bragging rights pictures, joined the 1 & Only; BFEF TTT Club, received entries into a $750.00 drawing - which is held at the BFEF annual June Trout Tournaments. From Upper Twin Lake/Mono Village, Bridgeport Reservoir and the Virginia Lakes we welcome new and returning members to the 1 & Only BFEF TTT Club. These anglers caught a BFEF TTT, brought it to Ken's Sporting Goods for verification, bragging rights photos, got into the TTT Club and received a certificate for a chance to win $750.00 at a BFEF Tourney. These BFEF TTT weighed in from 3lbs 4...oz - 7lbs 12 oz. From Upper Twin Lake @ Mono Village, Terry Smith landed his 5lb 7 oz BFEF TTT & Andy Ambrose landed his BFEF TTT weighing 4lb 13 oz BFEF TTT. Don Whisnand landed his BFEF TTT weighing in a 4lb 12 oz while fishing @ Bridgeport Reservoir.... Matthew Waite, & Ken Morris (who landed 2 BFEF TTT this week) caught their BFEF lunkers while fishing @ Big Virginia Lake. Mike Hatton landed his BFEF TTT weighing in at 4lb 4oz while fishing along Robinson Creek. Yesterday, BFEF volunteers worked with US Forestry and CDFW to continue to stock these beautiful BFEF Tagged Trophy Trout into Upper Twin Lake/Mono Village, Robinson Creek, Bridgeport Reservoir and Big Virginia Lake, average fish weighed 4.47 lbs. We thank all of our sponsors / partners as well as all of YOU who continue to su...pport and donate to our programs Special shout out to Jim Reid, his family and everyone at Ken's Sporting Goods for sharing the cost of an additional tank of fish for the Bridgeport Reservoir. Bridgeport Reservoir and Upper Twin Lake are still open for fishing.

Campground is open. We are renting boats. We are renting ATVs.

Just in case you are stuck here because of the fires where you might live these are your alternatives in Bridgeport. Be safe everyone! The Humboldt-Toiyabe ...federal lands around Bridgeport will be closing September 10th (today) starting at 8am. We are still waiting on more info of everything that is being affected. The order at this point is thru September 14th. Federal campgrounds will be closed. Private campgrounds will remain open. Annettes Mono Village, Paradise Shore, Willow Springs and Bridgeport Marina will be open for camping. Bridgeport is still open and ready to welcome you at one of our great hotels. Walker River Lodge; Bridgeport Inn, Silver Maple and Cain house, Virginia Creek Settlement, Ruby Inn and The Redwood are all open. All of our amazing restaurants are still open also with limited indoor and outdoor seating. At this point BLM land is still allowing dispersed camping but NO campfires or other means of open flame (no on/off switch) are allowed. Bodie State Park is still open We will be updating with info as we get it.
