Merry Christmas from the Farwell’s. Today we celebrate the hope that has brought us through the year. The trials have seemed insurmountable at times and the heartache of not having my dad with us today is painful and in the rawest moments feels unfair, but we choose, amidst the pain, to set our eyes on the hope we have in the birth of of Jesus. Thank you to all who surrounded us and supported us this past year, in the loss of my dad, the birth of our son, the changes in my ...career and so much more that not just us, but the entire world has had to go through. May peace, joy and hope be what surrounds your houses and families tonight.

I’m doing a happy/ thankful dance over here as this week we crossed the milestone of $100 million in funded loans for 2020. I know social media doesn’t do it justice but I truly want to say thank you to all my clients and referral partners for making me your first call for home financing. I’m looking forward to finishing the year strong and being here for you in 2021 and beyond!

Homebuyers will soon be able to buy more house with a conventional loan! The Federal Housing Finance Agency has announced higher conforming loan limits for next year. The new baseline loan limit is at $548,250 (up from $510,400). And in Ventura County you can go as high as $739,450 while in LA county it increases to $822,375. Happy Thanksgiving to all my clients, referral partners and friends. In a year with a lot of challenges, change and loss, I am reminded of the blessings that still exist and I am truly thankful for the chance to serve you all.

I got to spend the past 3 days up in Nor Cal shadowing and learning from one of the best. Jeremy is an amazing mega producing loan officer but also gives a ton of time and energy to pouring into others so they can be better. His generosity in that way is amazing. I took so much away from my time with him observing and seeing how he manages his team, takes care of his clients and runs a super successful mortgage practice. Thanks for being an amazing host, mentor and sommelier @jeremyforcier and what a way to kickoff my journey with @crosscountrymtg!
