DiCaprio was down to handle some of the more complex stunts in Titanic, including filming in a giant water tank to simulate the sinking of the massive ship. However, one stunt required the services of a stunt hand. According to Screen Rant, the scene where Jack Dawson sketches a nude Rose proved problematic, because James Cameron, who is an accomplished artist, provided his services for the portion of the scene where Jack is seen drawing. Still, Cameron is left-handed, while DiCaprio is right-handed. In order to make everything match up appropriately, the post-production team had to work hard to mirror-image the shots. In the end, the scene worked flawlessly, with viewers totally unable to spot any difference between where DiCaprio’s acting ends and Cameron’s sketching begins.

This week’s quote comes from the 1993 Mel Brooks comedy parody film, Robin Hood: Men in Tights. The film has all the general beats of a traditional Robin Hood story but told in a more comedic and silly way. While not a critical success upon release, the movie was a financial success and has developed a strong cult following. The quote comes somewhat in the middle of the film. The Sheriff of Rottingham (played by Robert Rees) reports back to Prince John (played by Richard Lewis) regarding Robin Hood’s return and how he and his troops were beat up by his band. Prince John, unwilling to take any bad news as he’s having a good day, delivers the quote in the hopes to soften the blow. The Sheriff does try to oblige by giving the bad news in a good way but to no avail

The film is Snyder's long-awaited return to the zombie genre after his remake of zombie mastermind George Romero's Dawn of the Dead. Army of the Dead is said to pay homage to Romero's contributions to the genre, with a heist film twist. The Netflix film will follow a band of mercenaries as they plot to steal hordes of cash from a Las Vegas casino during a zombie outbreak. Who thinks this should be a theatrical release?

This week’s quote comes from the 2010 animated film by Dreamworks, Megamind. The film has the titular character (voiced by Will Ferrell) as a supervillain who managed to finally defeat his archenemy, Metro Man. However, realizing he is nothing without someone to challenge him, he attempts to create a new hero so he can continue fighting someone. The quote comes near the end of the film. Megamind battles the hero he created, Titan (voiced by Jonah Hill) as the latter has become a supervillain himself. Titan manages to trounce Megamind, calling him a loser for not being able to win his battles against Metro Man in the past. This is when Megamind delivers the quote in rebuttal.

A new commercial for Mountain Dew Zero Sugar proves that the Gremlins duo's relationship is still going strong 36 years after their first meeting in Joe Dante's 1984 classic. These days, they're a little older, a little goofier... and not much wiser when it comes to following the rules about Mogwai care. While Billy and Gizmo's reunion will warm the hearts of '80s kids, the breakout star of Mountain Dew's instantly viral spot is a new character in Gremlins canon. The ad re...veals that Billy (Zach Galligan) is now the father of a teenage daughter, who has a Mogwai of her own. Twitter flipped out about this plot twist, and the larger implications it might have for the long-rumored Gremlins 3. Do you want to see a Gremlins 3 happen? https://youtu.be/Teep-y_wjXA See more

This quote comes from the first Avengers movie. It was the culmination of separate superhero films made my Marvel and put together their best superheroes, who each had their own standalone films, in a live-action movie. The quote comes at the start of the film. Nick Fury (played by Samuel L. Jackson) in confronted by Maria Hill (played by Cobie Smulders). She asks the leader of SHIELD if they really should be concerned about getting prototype weapons out of the base when they do need to evacuate the area. This is when Nick Fury delivers the quote.

Always feeling like they have to say NO to their kids and co-workers, Allison and Carlos decide to give their three kids a YES DAY where for 24 hours the kids make the rules. Little did they know that they’d be going on a whirlwind adventure around Los Angeles, that would bring the family closer to each other than ever before. https://youtu.be/Y-3Vr8Ut8d0

The quote comes from the Academy Award winning film and 2014 Best Picture awardee, 12 Years A Slave. The film is based on the memoirs of Solomon Northup, a free African-American carpenter, skilled violinist and family man, who is living in New York, is kidnapped and sold into slavery. The film details the hardships Solomon Northup had to endure before his freedom was secured after 12 years. The quote comes fairly early in the film. A group of slaves are contemplating to fight their way to freedom but others have reservations as it would probably mean their deaths if they did decide to push through with it. Solomon (played by Chiwetel Ejiofor), in despair, recalls his life as a free man just a few days ago. It is at this moment he delivers the quote.

Disney Animation is set to release their first animated short in five years with the Zach Parrish-directed Us Again, which will debut in theaters alongside Raya and the Last Dragon on March 5. The short is set to drop on Disney+ in June. True to the form of Disney’s past shorts, Parrish’s Us Again brings together dance, music, emotional storytelling and inspired animation. The film is Disney Animation’s first new theatrical short since the 2016 release of Inner Workings wh...ich accompanied the theatrical release of Moana. Parrish is an 11-year veteran of Disney Animation who served as head of animation on Big Hero 6 and directed the Short Circuit film Puddles. Award-winning choreographers/dancers Keone and Mari (known for World of Dance and their work with Justin Bieber and Billie Eilish), and acclaimed composer Pinar Toprak (Captain Marvel) brought their talents to this experimental and musical fantasy. The film is produced by Brad Simonsen (Big Hero 6, Zootopia, Ralph Breaks the Internet), and executive produced by Jennifer Lee, chief creative officer for Walt Disney Animation Studios (WDAS). As Mission: Impossible 7 nears completion after a remarkable globetrotting pandemic-era shoot, I can reveal that the plan to shoot the franchise’s eighth edition back-to-back has been altered by Paramount. Sources said this is simply down to the shifting release calendar. Star Tom Cruise will now be needed on promotional duties by the studio for Top Gun: Maverick ahead of that film’s planned release on July 2, and will be out of action for a period. Once that film has rolled out hopefully to packed cinemas in a post-Covid world production on MI: 8 can begin, meaning the gap shouldn’t be too impactful.

When most American fans saw last year’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, they were probably unfamiliar with Naomi Ackie, who played Jannah, the leader who assists our heroes on Kef Bir. Ackie is better known in the U.K., however, where she has won the 2017 British Independent Award for Most Promising Newcomer for Lady MacBeth (Certified Fresh at 88%) (starring the aforementioned Florence Pugh, by the way), and this year, won a BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress in Th...e End of the F***ing World (Fresh at 93%). The British actress is about to have a much higher profile among American moviegoers, though, as she is in final negotiations with Sony Pictures to star as the late pop superstar Whitney Houston in the musical biopic, I Wanna Dance with Somebody (which takes its title from the hit single I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me) off Houston’s second album). I Wanna Dance with Somebody will be directed by Stella Meghie, whose most recent film was this year’s The Photograph (Fresh at 74%), starring Issa Rae and LaKeith Stanfield. Meghie will be directing from a screenplay by screenwriter Anthony McCarten, who also wrote the Queen biographical musical Bohemian Rhapsody (Fresh at 60%). About casting Naomi Ackie, Meghie said, I was moved by her ability to capture the stage presence of a global icon while bringing humanity to her interior life. See more

A film called The Maid, which Universal Pictures is adapting from a novel to be published in 2022 (possibly after the movie comes out to avoid spoilers). Florence Pugh (Midsommar, Black Widow) is now signed to produce and star in The Maid as the title character, who works at a fancy hotel where she uses her access to learn the dirty secrets of every one of the guests (the novel is also being compared to 2017’s Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine). In addition to Black Widow (5/7/2021), Pugh will also soon be seen in Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry, Darling, and in the Disney+ series Hawkeye (reprising her Black Widow character).

Tom Felton's candy-sneaking on the set of the Harry Potter films forced wardrobe to sew all of the students' pockets shut by the time they got to The Prisoner of Azkaban (2004). "The robes had these huge pockets. The rumor was that they sewed them up after the third film because I was sneaking food and drink onto set. I want to clear this up because...that is absolutely TRUE," Felton said. "I think the other kids started following suit.
