Found this beautiful purple cauliflower at the farmers market this morning and decided to use it as a special on tonight’s menu! More pics to come!

Roasted Sweet Potato and Apricot Soup with Manchego Cheese and Sautéed Shallot Crostini with Gentleman Jack, Maple Sugar Brûléed Scallops over a Ginger Compote with Old No 7, Beef Filet over Cumberland Sauce and Roasted Lime and Smoked Paprika Asparagus with Jack’s Single Barrel, Apple Crumb and Whiskey Cream with Jack’s Single Barrel Rye! Got a chance to get away this weekend for Patrick & Dawna’s wedding and enjoyed a great dinner with friends Ula and Chris that started with these great oysters and a fantastic bottle of a Silver Oak at Monterey’s Fish House!
