Boulder Springs Community Realtor

Received recognition for our Community Yard Sale I hosted over the weekend. We had an Amazing participation from our neighborhood and I greeted each participating neighbor with Starbucks coffee and danishes to encourage them. I counted about 70 residents that participated. I had banners placed at every entrance three weeks in advance and advertised on 10 different social media groups. This was a lot of work but a lot of fun and a great way to make connections with my neighbors. Looking forward to doing it again next spring.

Reminder: I will be hosting our Boulder Springs Community Yard Sale on Saturday April 10th. Banners will be going up at all three entrances very soon and I will be distributing door flyers and notices on all the community mail boxes as well. Many neighbors are not in our FB group so let your neighbors know. The morning of event I will be stopping by all participants and have prepackaged danishes and Starbucks coffee for all.
