To Our SoCal Climbing Community: . To start, we want to thank you all for your patience as we work through this time of uncertainty. Those of you that have reached out to us with your support, thank you. It means the world to us. . We have received a lot of questions, and we are doing our best to put plans in place and answer your questions as soon as possible.... . We are concerned for, and doing all we can for our staff during this pandemic. Boulderdash is a small, locally-owned business with limited resources. The outreach in support from our community truly means the world to us. Those of you that have requested to donate your April member dues, please know that you are giving us a great resource to help our staff. . In regard to membership dues: - We are waiving fees for anyone that would like to freeze their membership. You do not need to fill out the standard form - Upon request, we will also provide prorated refunds for the month of March - For those of you that have asked, we can also donate your membership dues to help support the staff . Please send an email to your local gym with instructions on how you would like your membership dues to be processed per one or more of the options above . Annual memberships will be adjusted to compensate for the closure . In the event that the gyms continue to be closed in April, we will not charge your membership dues unless you email informing us that you would like to donate your dues to help our staff. . During the closure we will be doing our best to answer all questions and process all requests. Staff will also be working to prepare all of our facilities for a grand reopening. . Our staff and our community continues to be our number one priority, and we’re doing everything we can within the guidelines of the executive order and the CDC to support everyone. . We know that the gym closures have been disappointing to many people, but we hope you understand that the health and safety of our staff and community has to come first. Thank you, Boulderdash Family
