Bond granted ! 1 bond granted before thanksgiving (although we didn’t post about it), 1 withholding of removal granted and deportation stopped before Christmas, ... now, 1 bond granted before the new year ! Happy Holidays !

Withholding of removal is granted and our Client will not be deported to Mexico !! Over 800 page filing Over 100 hours of work on this case Client has been detained for 9 months. There were a few issues with asylum which could’ve gone either way..... We are grateful that government counsel was reasonable in this case and agreed to this grant of withholding and that the Court accepted it. Our Client will now be released soon and be able to reunite with his family. he will no longer have to live in fear of deportation and of facing the harm he once faced; fears he has had for years. This is why we do what we do. #bestfeeling

Bond granted There was unreasonableness by opposing counsel, but fortunately the Court granted our objections, gave our Client his day in Court, and granted a bond. Our Client will hopefully be able to see his terminally ill bedridden mother, soon.

Our favorite part is when we get to see the results of our hard work pay off. In this case we: Got a Credible Fear Interview denial overturned and therefore prevented an imminent deportation, and then Bonded our Client out shortly thereafter. ... On Saturday he was able to unite with his family whom we had the pleasure of meeting. Uniting a family is a great feeling ** We have received express consent to share this information and photo.

We had a tough bond hearing today but are happy that our Client was given an opportunity to be released on bond to reunite with his family

Our Client’s work permit was finally approved !! We had a few issues with our request (at no fault of ours) but didn’t give up and kept pushing. 3rd time was a charm in this Client’s case!

We prevailed and prevented a premature deportation of our 21 year old Client The Judge vacated a prior finding by an Asylum Officer and is giving him the opportunity to present his Asylum claim. We were hired the day before today’s hearing and worked tirelessly on this case. We were prepared and it showed We are grateful that our Client will now have his day in Court to present his Asylum claim as opposed to being placed on a plane and deported back to his country of origin.

Knowledge is power and we’re ready for tomorrow’s hearing we’re working hard to prevent our 21 year old Client from being prematurely deported without his day in Court.

We got a parole request through ICE, GRANTED today !! can’t wait to share the good news with our detained client !

Boom Our Motion was GRANTED and our Client was GRANTED ASYLUM by a Judge in Texas!! Despite the government’s opposition to our motion (which we submitted a formal reply to), we won on multiple grounds including the Al Otro Lado decision from March 5, 2020 and newer changes in law which occurred on June 30, 2020 which was after we filed our Motion. We are so happy for our Client !
