Wood repairs and painting will begin on May 1st starting with buildings #40, #39, #38, #37 and #36.

The Board recently approved a proposal to have all the buildings throughout the Association painted! We're excited to announce that PAINT IN COMING MAY 1st 2016! Check back for more information!

Please be advised that there is a potential environmental hazard on the property that has been taped off for your safety. Please do not disturb these areas, if you choose to ignore the signs it is at your own risk and the Association will not be liable for your choice of the matter. Additionally, the mail room and dumpster near the backside of building #21 are also possibly contaminated and cannot be entered. The post office and trash company have been notified. Homeowner...s and/or Residents can pick up their mail for today and tomorrow at the local post office. Thank you for your cooperation during this time. The Holidays are here and with major celebration comes major decorations! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please know that all holiday decorations (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) can be displayed four (4) weeks prior to the holiday and must be taken down two (2) weeks after the holiday.

ATTENTION BORGATA HOA HOMEOWNERS/RESIDENTS Please be advised that this is a gated community. Due to the large number of non-residents accessing the property, the Board has approved to increase courtesy patrol for the Association. There will be a guard at the entrance gate (Friday and Saturday) who will be asking to see either a gate remote, access swipe card or keypad number to be able to drive onto the property. Only identified owners and residents will be allowed access... onto the property. Visitors will need to coordinate with the owner or resident that they are visiting to gain access to the property. To gain access to the property you must do the following: ~ Homeowner purchase a gate remote or access card from the On-Site Office at the Clubhouse. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. 4:00 P.M. Or have your information programmed into the gate directory. ~ Tenants contact your landlord to have them purchase a gate remote or access swipe card. These are only be sold to homeowners on title. ~ Visitors call the resident and have them open the gate for you via the gate directory.
