We've BEAN working on something for you (yes, we sourced whole organic Madagascar vanilla bean pods, ground them by hand, and infused them for 5 days in our upcoming releaseLET'S HEAR THOSE FLAVOR GUESSES). Madagascar Vanilla Beans are the highest quality beans in the world and have an incredible flavor profile. Vanilla is an extremely expensive ingredient and far from any "vanilla flavorings" or "vanilla-esque" imposters. Why you ask? To name a few reasons... 1. It takes... 2-4 YEARS for vanilla vines to mature and produce pods. 2. Vanilla only blooms ONE DAY A YEAR and it is on THIS DAY that it must be pollinated. 3. Pollination must be done BY HAND because the birds and insects capable of pollinating are not found in Madagascar (vanilla is native to South America). 4. Vanilla production was reduced because of the widespread use of artificial vanilla. When people began wanting REAL ingredients again, it caused a heavy increase in demand. There you have it, some obscure vanilla facts that *might* just help you in trivia one day. You’re welcome

If you didn't get the whole Snow White thingour next Liquid Art Lab release features a particularly special type of apple. The Arkansas Black Apple is a delightful dark-hued treat with deep violet skin, pale yellow flesh, and a sweet nectar flavor. Although this heirloom varietal originated in Arkansas, our apples come directly from our friends at @cuyamaorchards in Ventura, CA. Cuyama Orchards has been a certified organic and sustainable farm for 20 years, supporting the we...ll-being of their workplace, customers, and families. For us, making great Booch is about supporting a healthy, sustainable supply chain and partnering with awesome farms like Cuyama (who we work with year-round for our Apple Lime Jasmine flavor as well). So, yeah, this Arkansas Black Apple is pretty dang specialbut the real stars of the show are these farmers. You can taste the difference when the people picking your apples are as happy as these guys

How many times did you have to read through the ingredients? Just once? As it should be. Carry on

"Organic" isn't enough. "Sustainable" falls short. The future is regenerative farming, and it requires supporting farmers in their transition to regenerative practices. To that end, purchases of Heirloom Sangria directly support Zero Foodprint in their work support farmers with carbon farming projects through restaurants. Hit the link in bio to learn more!

Can we be vulnerable for a second? This was one of our MOST difficult Booches to make. Let's just say blueberries proved harder to juice than expected, demanding a few ad hoc tools and several very late nights in the brewery. We had leaky cans. We missed deadlines. It was honestly just...very 2020 of us But we're proud as hell of this release, and as always, the juice was worth the squeeze.... Grab some let us know what you think...every can and bottle of Booch is a labor of love (emphasis on the "labor" with this one).

INTRODUCING BLUEBERRY JUNIPER, our next cleverly crafted concoction from the liquid art lab series, featuring artwork by @littlehouseink. This is our Boochy twist on a Gin and Tonic. Late summer blueberries mingle with juniper, lime, and centaury (trust us on this one) to create a brilliantly bitter-sweet ode to the classic cocktail. This Booch is dry, aromatic, and seriously sessionable. ALSO: @apple, consider this our official petition for a blueberry emoji. In the meantime...? https://boochcraft.com/fla/blueberry-juniper-hard-kombucha/

SPICED PEAR IS BACK and it’s here to serve you up a bit of simple, sippable solace as the season changes. Fresh pressed Bosc pears, warming autumnal spices, and American oak combine to create a fall Booch as cozy as it is crisp (and as comforting as your grandma’s midcentury wallpaper). Although the construct of time seems increasingly irrelevant these days, we're here to remind you: it's the season of classic comforts and you deserve some Spiced Pear for the f*&%ing Soul.

KEEP COLD AND CARRY ON. Boochcraft is found in the cold case for a reason: our product is raw, unpasteurized, and alive! As soon as you get home from your trusty liquor store or grocer, pop that Booch in the fridge. If unpasteurized kombucha is stored at room temperature, the active probiotic cultures and yeast will continue to ferment, add raw juice to the mix and things can get wild (champagne-like explosions or ruptured cans). TREAT YO’ BOOCH RIGHT PPL don’t let us down!

REAL TALK: Juicing our organic fruit in-house is our biggest advantage...and often our most frustrating obstacle. The road from farm to tank is RARELY a straight line. Rhubarb stalks that are too long clog the juicer, peaches prefer to purée, berries with high pectin content leave us with more jello than juice (we'll show you the outtakes some other day). It’s our unwavering idealism (naïveté?) that pushes us to STILL do things the hard way, despite these obstacles. We’re on a mission to make the REALEST, best tasting alcohol on shelf. Now go buy some Strawberry Rhubarb and tell us how we did. (Spoiler: we did f*#%ing great).
