It’s officially Springtime, and that means Summer is just around the corner - aka swimsuit season! (It’s already arrived here in LA these past few days ) I’m excited to announce that for the month of April, I am offering complementary custom food audits to help you get beach bod-ready. Yup, it’s FREE! What is a food audit?... The first thing I do with a new client is have them complete a 3-day food log. When I ask someone about their diet, a common response is, I eat pretty healthy most of the time, so this is a reliable way for me to learn exactly what they mean by this. I then analyze the results and make recommendations for how to best set you up for successful weight loss. Who needs a food audit? Anyone who wants to improve their eating habits, form healthy ones, or who just would like an extra set of eyes to review your current diet and offer suggested changes. With all the info-overload for nutrition advice out there, it’s easy to get overwhelmed! Trust me, I’ve BEEN THERE. What do you get from a food audit? A custom report on how to improve your diet to better reach your health goals. Ok. Now who’s in?? #foodaudit #healthcoachtips #summerbodyprep #swimsuitseason #summerprep2021 #reachyourgoals

Stay Fit Holiday Hacks The holidays are here in full swing, but that doesn’t mean our fitness goals go out the window! Here are 4 strategies I use to prevent slowing my fitness progress during the most festive time of year: 1) Be prep-ared. Meal prep lunches & dinners in advance for the week. This way you’ll be more likely to stick to your healthy regimen 2) Plan ahead. Arrange treat meals around tour upcoming holiday schedule so you don’t feel guilty for indulging.... 3) Put the extra calories to good use the next day and train the muscle group you are currently looking to grow the most 4) Have a protein shake an hour before your meal to help prevent overeating, or graze on protein-rich appetizers. Protein is more filling than carbs & simple carbs can actually make you feel hungrier. Happy Holidays, guys!
