Congratulations to the BVHS ASB for bringing home the Rindone Award for the second year in a row!! The Rindone is awarded to the best overall at ASB camp for b...eing professional, knowledgeable, rehearsed, and prepared, creating activities that are engaging, organized and well thought out, and spirited(overall friendly, loud, fun, and helpful). We are so proud of our ASB (which by the way has several of our VMD student members), and their advisor Chris Alvarez. Another great job well done Mr. Alvarez!! Mr. Alvarez

Did you know that within a five mile radius of BV, there are four high schools, 3 middle schools and 20 elementary schools? All competing with us for community... funds. Add softball, little league, pee wee football, boy scouts, girls scouts, etc. etc..... well, you get the picture. Times have changed in the last ten years, BV is also now a Title I school, which means approximately 40%+ of our families are considered low income. If it seems like we always have our hand out, well, we do. Fundraising has become increasingly difficult in our community and without the support of our families and our community, our programs won't be able to survive. We are so grateful for our partnerships with Billy's Kids and Bella's House of Hope. We would love to explore additional opportunities for more corporate partnerships.
