JOB SUMMARY An established Financial Services firm is seeking a part-time administrative assistant for bilingual (Russian speaking) firm (approximately 20 hours per week). RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES... Provide support for CEO and management. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. Schedule and plan meetings and appointments. Prepare policy reports and other related documents for client meetings, create and ensure accuracy and validity of information. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Office basics such as copy, scan, and input documents into a database. Greet customers and provide them with information about our services. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Previous customer service experience in an office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Intermediate Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Adobe Reader. Must be able to communicate with occasional Russian-speaking clients. Ability to work well independently and with a team. Critical thinking skills to arrive at logical solutions in situations when supervisor is not available. Must be resourceful. BENEFITS Competitive pay based on qualifications and performance.
