Sorry folks, accidentally deleted that last post about our Vintage bats. Here are a couple more shots. This is the 1st bat in our Vintage Beechwood Line. Here is bat 2 in our Vintage Beechwood Bat line. The Model 004. Shown in clear poly rubbed finish. At 35" and 43oz. It is a beast of a bat. While the Vinta...ge bats were generally much heavier than those of today...they don't feel heavy when swinging them due to the weight distribution from the very thick handles and narrow barrels. This bat shape is Circa 1870 and was a very popular design. That popularity is supported in today's Vintage leagues. Occasionally these models had taped or corded handles to improve grip, and black or various colored rings surrounding the circumference of the bat near the label area. Often times they had black dipped barrel ends from the end to about 4-6" into the hitting surface.
