In honor of #InternationalWomensDay , We would like to take a moment to appreciate Urvi Radia, cofounder and the true vision of Bollywood Zaika. This woman has pursued her dreams since deciding to become a doctor in India, then leaving that life behind to come to the U.S. to open her dream restaurant.
