I had acupuncture treatments with Florence Lim Erman and found her to be one of the best acupuncturist I had worked with. Within two sessions she was able to release my old injuries and the tightness around it. Immediately I was able to breathe fully and my sense of smell improved dramatically. The release of my 30 years old shoulder injury brought my shoulder to the place it was before the injury. By itself it lasted only few days and the combination between the Gyrokinesis... routine I did daily and the acupuncture treatments stabilized it to its new place of opening and closer to the ideal position where the shoulder function fully with no pain.
