Toe kick vacuum for your kitchen .I was skeptical to this little vacuum at 1st until I used it , it is a must have ! It works like a charm and after visiting the home owner for a photo shoot of the project they absolutely swear by it and I myself after using it agree. It does not need a designated circuit and is easy to install. Very very handy for a quick sweep and has a a lot of power to vacuum quite a large pile w/ easily replaceable bags.

This project completed in Fremont was a full interior remodel , new service upgrade & sub panel , new water main & copper repipe, tankless water heater & recirculating system, new waste lines for 2 remodeled baths & kitchen , new furnace and A/C moved into the attic, attic insulation removed /sterilized & reblown, curbles shower in the most bath and jacuzzi tub in hall bath , fire place makeover, laundry room w/ new plumbing and dryer vent & cabinets, all new doors and trim...s , refinished hard wood floors, kitchen opened up w/ island & down draft exhaust, speakers and telecommunications throughout the house , GU 24 led recessed can-lights & under cab led strip lighting , custom diamond cabs w/ granite countertops, tile backsplash , filters coffee maker w/ designated water/power& waste , and last but not least new paint ! I probably left out a couple of things but it was a 4 month job and the owners are moved in and happy and best yet if I'm in the neighborhood I can make my self an espresso cause they are now not just clients but friends:) the way it should be , I'm uncle Jeff who built the house to the kids. This is a mst bathroom /bedroom addition in Fremont on a fire damage job , it had an illegal addition that we tore down and added this permitted one . The pics go back to the foundation process but I some how have lost the illegal addition pics so the home owner is going to send them for me to post later . It had a device up grade and sub panel , new rankles and repipe, new furnace in the attic , telecommunications , windows/ doors & trims , windows 2 baths and kitchen remodel .

These are pics of a 740sq' secondary dwelling in Fremont I finished last year 2 beds ,2 baths ,kitchen, laundry closet, walk in closet in mst bed and a office and living room, a lot comfortably worked into a comfortable design. Has its own water meter, gas meter, power service, address, and entrance. Because of set back issues it had to have a sprinkler system , anyone thinking of this must realize there are environmental impact/ parking fees, school taxes along w/ living s...pace taxes, permit and plan check fees, and the water meter is not exactly cheap either. However the benefits of having income property along w/ your current home if your lot size will allow it substantially raises your property value. Not to be confused w/ a mother in law unit that by law can only be lived in 2 weeks at a time and not rented out legally. And most city's do not allow a kitchenette in an addition, a wet bar can be added, but buyer beware if your shopping for homes and think your getting a legal permitted kitchenette.

Here is a before and after shot after we tore down the front of this home in Newark , I installed the door in the center of the home in the top pic , that is the entrance to 3 beds and 2 baths that the home owners were troopers and lived without hot water for 4 weeks, this job won a silver NARI award when it was finished . I will post the interior pics soon .
