Big day today! We’re cheering on Dom who is celebrating 8 years of hard work and dedication to our clients. One thing we’re sure with Dom: she knows the business and industry like the back of her hand. We can still count on Dom to get the job done. She’s consistent and great at what she does. Way to go, Dom!!

On this last day of 2020, we’d like to recognize our very FIRST team member. Pazong celebrated 10 years with BOA Logistics this year!! She knows our customers and the business she knows BOA. She has helped us expand into 4 different offices and witnessed the growth of the BOA team. On a personal note, we’re excited for her and her family. Two weeks ago, she and her husband welcomed their son into the world. We know she’ll be an incredible mother. We’re happy that she has a new family to grow in this next phase of life while she continues her journey with us. Congrats on 10 years and your new family, Pazong. Without a doubt, BOA’s story wouldn’t be the same without you.

Consistency. That’s one word how we’d describe Dom, one of our most tenured team members. Over the last 7 years, we know we can count on Dom to be a solid, reliable resource to help drive our LTL operations. In fact, she’s helped keep our claims ratio low. Thanks for all the hard work over the years!

At the end of 2020, we recognize that for at least 5 years, both Omar and Jessica have been pivotal in BOA’s success. Their efforts have helped us exponentially grow; it’s no wonder we’ve been on the Inc5000 each year they’ve been at BOA. Omar has lead the expansion of our Reefer Operations while Jessica has transitioned to International while continuing to lead Drayage. They’ve taken on new responsibilities and we look forward to see their continued growth professionally and personally. Thanks for the last 5 years, Jessica and Omar!

BOA has seen some incredible growth over the last 4 years. We’re not surprised because this team of 4 has helped us build BOA better during that time period. Congrats to these 4 who celebrated 4 years at BOA in 2020!
