She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients' b...est interests in mind. Sam treats her clients with professionalism and courtesy. One of her qualities that I respect the most is her no-nonsense style. As a busy executive, I don’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client's time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties that do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to late-night emails from her clients. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. I would not hesitate to recommend her as your listing agent if you are considering selling your property. She is very smart and transactions can sometimes become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. Business Entity Selection S CORPORATION: S corporations combine the limited liability protection of C corporations with the taxation benefits of sole proprietorship and partnerships. Some states, such as New York and New Jersey, do not recognize S corporation status and treat them like a C corporation.... A corporation must meet all of the following requirements to be eligible for IRS S corporation election: - Must only have one class of stock. - Must not have more than 100 shareholders. - All of the shareholders must be U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents. - All of the shareholders must be natural persons (i.e. other corporations, LLCs and partnerships are generally excluded). - Profits and losses must be allocated to shareholders proportionately to their ownership interests. On the other hand, not all businesses will be eligible for S corporation election. If you have more than 100 shareholders or have shareholders that are not natural individuals, you will not be eligible for S corporation election.
