Awesome review! I wanted to thank Ryan for his help today. My Dad, who is aging, was convinced that there was something wrong with the brake pedal in his car that wasn't allowing him to shift gears. We (meaning my brother and I) knew that there was nothing wrong with the brake pedal but that instead, he was doing something incorrectly as he was shifting gears. In order to satisfy him, I brought his car to B&D for them to look at it. Ryan was familiar with the situation as ap...parently my Dad had called in previously to talk about the problem. Ryan also knew that there was nothing wrong with the brake pedal based on the problem my dad was describing. Ryan came out to the car, removed the brake pedal to show my dad is wasn't worn out or faulty. He also demonstrated the changing of the gears for him that showed it had nothing to do with the break pedal. Even though this was a ridiculous waste of his time that would not result in any type of sale, Ryan took the time out of his day to ease my Dad's concern about the car.
