Disclaimer: Check with your HR Department but I just learned that if a business opens back up and has work for a previously laid off Employee, the Employee is required to come back or Unemployment payments will cease. The Employer will need to go online and choose the option that the Employee has refused to come back. I share this because many of our business owners are finding themselves unable to restaff their businesses due to Unemployment paying out more than the Employee was making while they were working.
