Hi! My name is Alicja and I did the 3 day (unofficially 4) Beach Body cleanse. I chose to do this cleanse because I wanted to jump start into a healthier lifestyle. I have struggled with my weight and self-image for a very long time. As the scale wasn’t going in the right direction, I knew I had to make a change. That’s when I contacted the Blue Moon Juice Bar. The staff was amazing! I didn’t know much about cleansing, as this was my very first one. They answered all of my q...uestions and more, so if you don’t know how to start definitely reach out to them! Q. Did you prep for your cleanse? I prepped for 2 days prior to starting my cleanse. I increased my water intake, ate smaller healthier meals that were full of veggies vs carbs. Q. How did you feel during the cleanse? I would say the first day was the most challenging. I was craving everything. Having kids around that eat everything made it much more challenging. Day 2, I was pumped and ready to take on the day. On day 3, I didn’t even feel like I was doing a cleanse and was a bit sad that it was the last day. Q. How did you feel upon completing of your cleanse? I felt wonderful after the cleanse. The following day, non-official day 4, when I woke up my body was asking for more. I was not ready. I went to BMJB and got a fourth day. I slowly introduced food throughout the day. My favorite part about this experience was how good I felt about myself and how empowered I feel to be healthier. I lost 9 lbs in the 4 days and have started a journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
