Definitely, one of my FAVORITE The Cannery Kitchen & Tap dinners I have eaten... Though let's be honest: they are all AMAZING and I can't wait for them to open ...their brick & mortar at the Castro Valley Marketplace! For this dinner, in particular, the Eggplant Parmesan stole my heart (and stomach): crispy, savory, and well-seasoned. But I will be remiss if I forget to mention the Tiramisu for dessert: fluffy and light, a perfect way to end this dinner, especially with an Iced Coffee.
