We just installed a Scott Turbo Separator to remove contaminates from the organics we collect on our routes. The end product produces a virtually contaminate free feedstock which is used in our Anaerobic Digestion process.

Hot Commissioning is under way and we are producing gas!

Off loading the first 6,500 gallons of percolate that will consume the food waste and green waste to create the methane which will ultimately be converted into BioCNG to fuel 8 to 10 collection trucks per day. We will load the underground tanks with 30,000 gallons of 130 degree percolate before the night is over.
