We recommend trying natural methods such as using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Dip your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide and sprinkle a little of the baking soda on top, brush your teeth with this mix, let it sit on your teeth for a few minutes, and rinse. Another option is using a whitening toothpaste.
