Blois teams up with Kubota to install 300' of 48" earthquake resistant ductile pipe (ERDIP) as part of the ongoing LAWA Utilities and LAMP Enabling project. This is the first time Kubota ERDIP has been installed inside a tunnel in the United States.

A milestone of three years with no lost time is an achievement to celebrate. To celebrate each employee for adopting our Stand Tall safety culture. COVID-19 Training Video developed to protect our valued employees and support teams.

During these difficult times, Blois Construction remains committed to our normal safety program, which won Blois first place in the state and the nation last year. We are taking additional precautions to maintain social distancing with our field crews as well as maintaining a disinfected work environment by spraying all tools, equipment and surfaces on a regular basis. We have also eliminated ride sharing to and from work to avoid long periods of contacts in a vehicle. Our office staff is working remotely to avoid normal office densities. The health and well being of our team, our families and the public remains our top priority here at Blois Construction.

Blois Wins National Safety Excellence Award at 21st Annual AGC of America Conference Congratulations to the Blois team for once again being recognized nationally as having the best safety program in its class! After being awarded best in class for California, Blois was then chosen as one of three finalists to present to judges in Las Vegas. During the 21st Annual AGC Construction Safety Excellence Awards, Blois was honored by receiving 1st place.... Congratulations to both Jim Blois and Dave Mirones on becoming a Design-Build Professional. Both obtained certification from the Design-Build Institute of America's comprehensive education and certification testing program.
