We are very excited to announce that we officially gained approval from the Carmel-by-the-Sea Planning Commission and the Historical Resource Board for our clients proposed detached garage! Congratulations WC Vollmer! We have really enjoyed working with you on your project. Simple projects aren’t always so simple, but great clients always make the project fun.

Construction is underway for our clients who wanted to say goodbye to the wall separating their kitchen and living room. The space feels bigger already!

Another one of our drawings is under construction! This house in Carmel Valley is getting a new roof, new windows, and a new entry! We are also currently processing an interior remodel with the county for this residence. We are excited to see things moving forward on both phases!

Updated photos of the construction from the drawings we did for this whole house remodel and addition in Carmel! This is the first time we’ve seen the zip system water proofing and sheathing, turns out it’s a pretty cool product.

The demo has begun on another one of our projects!
