Effective February 15th, in addition to our current dress code we will be requiring collar shirts, hard sole shoes, and only designer hats. Baseball caps will no longer be allowed. We want Black and Blue to be not only an upscale entertainment venue but safe and well respected in the community. Unfortunately, we have experienced some incidents that do not represent our brand and infringe on our position of being a positive force in the community.
