Every couple of weeks or so Lindy treats me to dinner at what we’re reasonably certain is the best restaurant in Los Angeles: East India Grill, on La Brea north of Beverly Blvd. Monday when we were there pigging out Lindy dumping chicken tikki masala into a funnel that she was holding above her mouth, and me literally shovelling sagwala past my mouth directly into my esophagus, the lovely waitress who recognizes us on every visit told us that the restaurant is moving.
