One of the 8 limbs of yoga is Karma. Joya Tribe doing our karma this afternoon at the Alameda Food Bank. The food bank needs help all year long but especially now during the pandemic. They are always looking for volunteers. You can come individually or organize a group of up to 20 people. It’s super safe, you just pack food for distribution. ...
