These are some very difficult & scary times we are all going thru but we know God is in control. I see this as a time to be the hands and feet of Jesus even more. We are the Church. Please, if you know of anyone in need please either post it here so we can come together and help or private message me and please, let's remember to check on the elderly and those who may live alone. Reminds me of a song I just learned over the weekend "and they will know we are Christians by our love".

Such a great turnout today!! It took a whole crew to put this together. We so appreciate everything everybody did today and behind the scenes. You all are true blessings. The veterans and their families thoroughly enjoyed the day. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas. There are just so many people to thank

All 50 stocking accounted for for our December 22nd Christmas party at parc Grove. Still need refried beans, rice and lots of Christmas goodies for about 50 people if anyone's willing to help.

On Saturday Dec 22, 2018 @ 3:00 pm we will be serving a Christmas dinner of Tamales, beans and rice to the Veterans @ Parc Grove. I usually just get the Tamales at Costco but if anyone would like to donate towards this event or maybe make some beans, rice or Christmas goodies please let me know. If you'd like to come out on that day and sing Christmas carols with us, we'd love to have you. Also, we are making 50 Christmas stockings for the Veterans. We still need 20 more stoc...kings to be purchased/filled. This makes a great event for small groups, families or offices to participate. I THINK we have someone donating travel size toiletries for all of the stockings and I will confirm that for you. You can fill them any way you would like. I also purchased American flag pins we can put on the stockings. I can get those to you. I hope to see you there! Thank you See more

Had a great turnout today! It felt good to give back to our veterans. I think they really appreciated it. Thank you to everyone who came out and served, who prayed for this event, and who contributed to the lunches.

If you would like to join us at Parc Grove on Sunday it's not too late. Please feel free to join us. Just come on out and love on these Veterans and thank them for their service and their sacrifice.

On Sunday November 18th at 3: 00 pm Big Fish Ministries will be serving lunch at the Parc Grove Apartments. These apartments house veterans who used to be homeless. They've gotten off the street but they're still living on very very limited funds. They don't have much. We have taken them under our wing for now and this is where we will be serving from now on. Hoping to do a big Christmas dinner for them. More details will follow on that. If anyone would like to serve with us on November 18th we'd love to have you join us.https://www.parcgrovecommons.com

Looking for art supplies for one of our homeless gals, Star. She loves to draw and string beads. If you have any art supplies you are not using she would really appreciate them. I made her promise to paint/draw me a picture. These people often are the most creative and talented souls. Thank you
