Meet Blaine, an at-home pizzaiolo in Portland also known as @pdxdoughboy! His passion for pizza has helped foster the pizza community in PDX! Here is a little about his journey: "My pizza journey started with a love for how pizza brings people together. Six years ago I added a wood-fired oven to my back yard, which ha...s allowed me to create so many examples of connecting people...friends, neighbors, and family. The more backyard pizza parties I had, the more I wanted to learn how to make great pizza. This obsession to learn the craft led to tasting all the great pizza in Portland. I begin tracking my journey on IG via @pdxdoughboy. As my skills improved over the years, my journey has evolved to include catering gigs, pop-ups, and always supporting the great pizzeria owners I’ve gotten to know in Portland. I’ve met wonderful people through this journey and had countless great experiences.
