Heart Healthy Wellness Series: Substance Abuse

Today BHS South Bay Prevention partnered with the Torrance Police Department & DEA for the National Prescription Drug Take Back Event. 151 people attended, 40 boxes were packed, & over 500 lbs were collected. Special thanks to Sam’s Club for hosting, and Tom from AADAP & Nicole from CAA for volunteering.

Today BHS South Bay Prevention celebrated Red Ribbon Week at the Gardena Police Department’s Flapjack Giveback (20th anniversary of their annual pancake breakfast). GPD did a fantastic job!!
