The Newsom Administration proposes to cut programs like Adult Day Health Care (CBAS) out of the budget for California 2020-21 and 2021-22. Eliminating adult day health care (CBAS) takes away seniors and persons with disabilities right to choose to age at home in community versus in an institutional setting which is already over capacity.
