Good afternoon, The staff and I wanted to provide an update during this difficult time. To keep everyone safe, we are working with a smaller staff, however we are still doing our best to assist new and existing clients and work on cases. We are doing our best to assist our clients with emergency situations during these times. We remain available over the phone from the hours of 8am to 6pm. We continue to offer appointments over the phone only while the shelter in place order ...remains in place. Except in emergency cases. We can receive documents for pending cases by email, mail or in some exceptions, in person. We understand during this time, it can be worrisome with added presence of law enforcement. We remain at your disposal to help in any way we can. We are trying to prioritze emergency situations during this time, so please have patience with us. Some courts are being continued, however, others remain on the schedule. If you have an upcoming court date, please call us to confirm whether your hearing will be held or continued. All USCIS appointments, interviews and Oath ceremonies have also been cancelled until April 6th. This may continue longer and we will provide updates as they come in. All of these appointments will be rescheduled by USCIS. We check on the status everyday. As of now, the court located at 100 Montgomery St. is closed, however, the court at 630 Sansome is open. Courts at that location are not being held and will be rescheduled until further notice. We will continue to call the court to determine when they will reopen.
