Happy Thanksgiving Week! Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy out there. Wanted to share a little giving thanks program to our school community in the neighborhood. We delivered food to the amazing teachers and kiddos at Montessori House of Children in San Francisco last week, before they go on the holiday week to eat more Turkey. Everyone is going through a similar struggle at this time but a small gesture can go a long way and put a smile on a few faces during this difficult time. Kiddos loved it. (Children faces intentionally cropped out) House special roasted Turkey, Mac & Cheese, Baked sweet potato with marshmallow and a Pumpkin Pie.

Oldies but goodies. Yummy dishes! Mohinga. Preserved egg salad. Come on down this weekend and ask for a special for the evening. #beyondburma

Hi, We are looking for a cook who has experience in brunch menu and have knowledge of French sauces. Current chef will train you on his recipe but someone with strong knowledge for breakfast and brunch is preferred. ***Note: This post is by Asian restaurant but brunch is for a different brand.***

The smile on their faces filled with so much gratitude and appreciation we received for our simple kindness is priceless and we can see it through the masks. :) Sending some love to these essential workers and heroes was a small gesture but impact was humongous. "On behalf of my co-workers at SF General Unit H42/44, I would like to thank you for all the delicious food you and your staff provided last night. We enjoyed & devoured it! Sharing with you a pic of the masked smiles it brought."

For the safety of our employees, delivery service workers and for our dear customers, Beyond Burma will be closed today for delivery and take out service. We will resume our operation on Tuesday, June 2nd from 5:30-9:30 pm. This is the temporary store hour during renovation and current shelter in place order. We hope to return with our lunch and dinner for dine in service on July 13th. Hoping and praying for everyone’s safety.

A gratitude and much respect to our amazing Indonesian Consulate for showing such a great support. We all need some recognition and shoutout during this time. Even small gestures are what we all should be doing as a community now.

To our valued customers, Beyond Burma will be closed for a few days during this difficult time while we are planning for a new menu with exciting items, weekend brunch and late night snacks delivery. We feel confident that this pandemic shall pass and things will be back to normal again soon. We will have an official grand opening for everyone to enjoy life again with more delicious food.
