Clean lashes are happy lashes! I do not believe you HAVE to use a brush to keep your lashes clean. Clean fingers with the foam cleanser do the job just fine. But for those with oily skin, avid gym goers, or my gals who love their glam I HIGHLY recommend using a brush. Retail price $8 plus tax. ...
