Full upper implant bridge, FP1 style (no gums, only teeth on the restoration. I love doing these types of implant cases, but they are super challenging. Seeing ...that confident and beaming smile on my patients face is the ultimate satisfaction. I never really did cases like this before a fully digital workflow. Never seemed feasible, so I would just chop off bone to make more room for the prosthetic. Now, with my current workflow, it is much easier and much more predictable. We’re with Vishy Broumand!

Two great outcomes, two very different materials. The top is crystal ultra and the bottom is full contour zirconia. Both are great, but have limitations. Zircon...ia is easy to mill, strong, and in the right technician’s hands, gorgeous. Crystal ultra doesn’t have to be sintered, is more forgiving to natural teeth and opposing restorations. The pucks are also 3-4 times more expensive and very hard to mill. What’s your go to for permanent restorations? Another amazing same day transformation for another fortunate guy. When I asked him why he waited so long to restore his smile, this is what he said: It wasn’t... until my grandkids said ‘grandpa, why are your teeth so yellow’ that I decided to do this.
