I rode my bike up to Red Box twice this weekend. Red Box is on the way up to Mt. Wilson and is the first fork in the road. It's about 15 miles up Angeles Crest. Two very different days. The first day was foggy and frigid. I thought I was going to die on my way down. It was raining and visibility was so poor that I was sure that I'd get hit by a truck. ... The second day was just gorgeous. I saw two people who set up a picnic table overlooking the valley. . THE BEST KETO FRIENDLY ICE CREAM So many of you know that I'm a glutton for two things; ice cream and pizza. Oh, wait, I forgot cereal. I could easily eat a whole box of cereal. ... I've been on a quest to find an ACCEPTABLE low carb ice cream. I've tried almost everything that's out there including Arctic Zero, Breyers Carb Smart, Halo Top, Klondike. I've even made my own low carb ice cream. I have to say that this Keto brand ice cream is pretty damn good. I could easily eat a full pint of this Sea Salt Caramel flavor. It has a net carb count of 3 and would be fine for a few servings per week. The other two remaining low carb ice creams that I have to try are Rebel and Enlightened.
