Here is another black babd goodie! Place your band slightly above your knees. Today we are going to elevate our hips to add difficultly. I am using my foam roller which is great for my stabilizers. Thrust those hips up as high as possible... squeeze your glutes and bring them back to the floor. 20 reps X 4... #resistancebandsworkout #glutexercises
