BETA invites our members to join us for an informative webinar in our BETA Annual Webinar Series titled "Visual Intelligence" on Tuesday, February 9th from 12 - 1pm. Amy E. Herman, M.A., J.D., will lead participants in a highly participatory virtual session on the art of perception. By looking at evocative images of painting, sculpture and photography, participants will use viewing of these artworks as a tool to reconsider skills of observation, perception and communication as it relates to the field of patient safety. The session will challenge participants' assumptions (individually and collectively) and augment critical analysis by incorporating multiple perspectives into their thinking in ways that will enhance observations and perceptions as they relate to investigations.
