Victorian corbells have been rebuilt, paint prepped, and coated with primer prior to painting. Keep in mind, all the detail and molding were all created by hand 125 years ago without the benefit of any electrical tools as they were not invented yet!

This fence features 6x 6 redwood posts with 3 let in 2x 4 horizontal nailers. The wood is Cedar fastened with corrosion proof stainless steel screws. The gate on the far right has automatic latching and can lock the door open and has a soft close feature. Not your average fence...

We raised the ceiling 2’ in this room including: demolition; framing; electrical; Sheetrock; taping; false beams; and an interesting hand spiral texture. Guess that’s why they call us general contractors!

Radiant floor heat then tile shower, floor etc. etc.

These photos show a bathroom ceiling we saved and refurbished in a 100+ yr. old Victorian. Architectural details are a treasure and should be salvaged when possible. All moldings in these photos are handmade without the benefit of any electrical machines (because they didn’t exist in this era!!!..).

125 yr. old Victorian exterior restoration. All paint was removed as it was not bonded to the wood siding anymore. Very slow going but worth it!

This is the view from my current job site. 150 miles from home... but beautiful!
