However, when we choose to be a coach, one of our great responsibiliti...es is to coach everyone that is on the team, not just the select few with better abilities than others. We are in this for ALL kids. We should be fair and consistent in how we deal with all of our players. While there is very little that is "equal" in sports, one thing that should be equal is our commitment to making sure that we work to provide everyone on the team the opportunity to have a positive experience.
