Everything is great The only thing I would like is a heads up when water won't be running. A few months ago water wasn't running for 3 mornings in a row due to some construction and it would have been nice to know in advance so I can plan accordingly. Berro was fantastic. Onsite manager Melissa was great and she and Berro ALWAYS responded. Our building was recently sold and the new owners selected a new management company. First thing they did was fire our onsite manager. Its gone down hill quickly. Berro management has been a lifesaver for me in a variety of situations that's really hard to explain I've always try to refer people that I know that are good people to this company because, I've always let coworkers that I work with know that this company really does help people to the best of their ability as much as they can maybe it's because I know a manager who really does his best to help anyone. I would not recommend any other company or staff besides Berro plus I feel they still have the best prices when it comes to just renting in general still my Top Choice to rent from..
