I’ve been looking for small condos for a client. On my brokers tour Thursday I saw a very nice 1/1 condo in Marina Bay. It is in excellent condition, updated, with a reasonable HOA that encompasses a lot of amenities! It is listed at $425k. Call me if you’re interested in seeing it or tell a friend!

Every Thursday I participate in what is called broker tours. Real Estate agents who are members of their local real estate association are privy to the most recent properties listed for sale. This is a excellent way for me to keep a look out for properties that fit searches potential customers have shared usually at our first meeting, maybe an open house.
